To better serve our members, County Schools Federal Credit Union is upgrading our phone system, effective Wednesday, July 8. This enhancement is designed to provide faster, more efficient service and make it easier to access the assistance you need when you call (805) 644-4657.

Our upgraded system features a streamlined menu with quicker access to the most commonly used services:

Call Menu Options

  • Press 1 – Automated account assistance (balances, transfers, and more)

  • Press 2 – ATM/Debit Card assistance

  • Press 3 – Credit Card assistance

  • Press 4 – Loan application & status

  • Press 5 – Home loan assistance

  • Press 6 – Credit & financial counseling with GreenPath Financial Wellness

  • Press 7 – ATM & branch locations and hours

  • Press 8 – Speak to a Member Service Representative

  • Press 9 – Enter an extension
