⚠️ Watch Out for Wire Transfer Fraud

Wire transfers are generally difficult to reverse once sent, so it's important to make sure you know who you're sending money to and why. Scammers may create a sense of urgency or pressure you to wire funds for a fake purchase, investment, job opportunity, emergency, or payment. Be especially cautious if someone asks you to wire money unexpectedly, instructs you to keep the transaction secret, changes payment instructions at the last minute, or claims you must act immediately. Never wire money based solely on an email, text, phone call, or message. Verify the request and wire instructions using a trusted phone number or other reliable source before sending funds. If something doesn't feel right, stop and contact us before completing the transfer.
