Deliver completed form to any County Schools branch or mail to:
County Schools Federal Credit Union, Attn: Loan Department, 3954 E Main St, Ventura CA 93003

Program requirements: loan must be established for six (6) months, and not have a loan modification or participated in the program at any time in the prior six (6) months. Real estate, credit cards, delinquent, and accounts or loans in bankruptcy proceedings are not eligible. All accounts must be in good standing to participate in the program. Finance charges/interest will continue to accrue on the unpaid balance. Participating in the program will extend the loan contract maturity date and standard loan payments will resume the following month. No late fee or penalty is applied to Skip a Payment program. Form must be signed by member and fully completed to be valid. The Credit Union reserves the right to determine if prior subsequent actions may disqualify borrowers from the program. Non-qualifying program participation requests are subject to additional reviews for approval. Form must be received five (5) business days prior to loan due date to qualify.
